DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION
᪥ For new clients/projects - We require a non-refundable deposit upon booking a tattoo date.
᪥ Deposits are required and non-refundable once paid at the time of booking.
The deposit covers the time consulting after the initial free consultation (whether through emails or in person), research and time spent on designing/drawing your project and scheduling/ holding dates in the calendar.
Deposits are NEVER REFUNDABLE once paid. We do not hold deposits larger than $500
᪥ Deposits can be carried forward to new dates, as long as 72 hours ' notice is given.
᪥ We take CASH, Credit, Debit, E-transfer( for out-of-town clients)or gift cards for deposit payment.
᪥ Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late without due notice, will be required to rebook and pay a new deposit. Please give us a phone call to let us know where you are and what the situation is.
᪥ No-shows will be required to rebook and pay a new deposit.
᪥ Deposits for flash are for that design only.
᪥ Deposits do not cover change of heart (deciding on a different design).
᪥ Deposits are forfeited for any rebook after 6 months of cancellation.
᪥ Deposits are forfeited after 6 months if the client ceases to book
᪥ Deposits may be required for touch-ups that are repeatedly missed or cancelled.
᪥ Cancelling even with the 72 hours notice, more than 2x in a row will result in a loss of deposit. The same deposit procedure applies to last-minute cancellations. The artist will have to reassess if they are the right artist for the project regarding the commitment level of the client.
Things do come up in life and we will effort to understand the reasons, but scheduled time is valuable to us. Station Street Tattoo expects (other than emergency, accident or extreme weather event) that clients show up once the project is underway.

᪥ Deposits & fee amounts are determined by us based on varying details, styles and complexity. For full design & concept changes, we may require a new deposit that fits the increased requirements and notice given.
᪥ Deposits are subtracted from the total amount of the last appointment session.
᪥ Clients must be 18+ with valid government identification. Deposits are forfeited if you fail to inform that you are under age 72 hours before your appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

᪥ We require 72 hours ' notice for all cancellations. This allows us enough time to find someone to fill the time slot.
If the cancellation does not allow 72 hours ' notice, you will forfeit your deposit and be required to submit a second deposit upon rescheduling. Some exceptions apply.
᪥ Deposits can be carried forward to new dates, as long as 72 hours ' notice is given.
᪥ If we are not able to contact you after 3 attempts to reschedule a tattoo, we will be forced to absorb your deposit & sell your design. Please check your messages, texts, automated text notifications, email and junk mail.
᪥ If you place a deposit the day before the appointment and cancel immediately before you will lose the deposit.
